Biography

This is the diary of me, myself and I; as I am taking the journey to find my inner guidance. I am guided by Gabrielle Bernstein's book "Add More ~ing To Your Life." As I follow Gabrielle's equation to truly finding my ~ing, I will document everything and share it with you.

Words to the Wise

"NEVER FALL OUT OF LOVE"

I was watching Gabrielle's F Word Lecture on her website and this statement really stuck out to me.

This statement is so true, the more you fall out of love the more you become distant to your ~inner guidance. The more you have love the more likely you are to find, follow, and stay with your inner guidance. And by love I don't think Gabrielle means falling in love with a guy and getting married and everything along those lines. But I think it means falling in love with yourself, with what makes your happy and who makes you happy. Again, that did not mean finding your prince charming but your best friends, friends, family, or whoever you love being around. It is all about making yourself happy and falling in love with you because the more you fall in love with yourself - the more likely you are to stay true to your inner guidance.

Inspiration Boards

Inspiration boards I have hanging up in my room (again) - I took them down after moving home from school. But they are filled with quotes and sayings that are positive and uplifting. XO

My list of forgiveness

On Gabrielle's site, we are in our second month of the book club which focuses on forgiving. Gabrielle helps to explain that we need to forgive those in our past in order to allow and let more love into our life. This got me thinking of those certain people who I need to forgive and release them. I was very hesistant in putting names on here but I decided I will just name them by the situations in which they have hurt me in the past.

Here we go.
To the...
  • to the boys in middle school who made fun of me and said I'd never be pretty
  • to the girls who talked behind my back and I still knew about it
  • to my two old friends from high school who ditched me
  • to those who followed them and ditched me too
  • to the boy who played with my heart and spit it right back at me
  • to the other boy who did the same exact thing
  • and to the other boy who did pretty much the same thing..twice
  • to the girl I've been jealous of for being better than me at outdoor activities

I FORGIVE YOU AND I RELEASE YOU.
Man, did that feel good!! This is what Gabrielle tells us to do in order to truly and actually let these thing go. And as weird as it sounds - I am actualy starting to feel better about this. I am now on the path to opening my heart to more love. <3

New Format

So I've decided to switch up how I am doing this blog. I was driving home from my best friends house - she just arrived home from Spain - and I had this moment of inspiration to try a new format for this blog. I think it will help me blog more and have it be more of who I am so everyone can get to know who I am.

So to everyone - hello! :) I go by Katie and this is my "new" blog. I am still following Gabrielle's book - no worries. So if you have yet to pick up this book and read it - I HIGHLY recommend it. www.addmoreing.com - check it out! :)

Follow Your Heart

While on my interview with Macha about a week ago...she picked out an Oracle card that would fit me perfectly. And this one did, so I decided to share it with all of you! Some may not understand but for the situation I was in at the time - this card hit the nail on the head! XO

St. Francis:
Follow your heart. The answer to your question is in your heart. This card signifies that you can trust your hearts true desires even if you can't clearly see how the outcome will appear or manifest. This is a situation where you're called upon to walk in faith and be true to yourself. The Universe will ensure that your needs are met and will help you with your relationships as your make life changes.

Additional meanings: You already know what to do, trust your intuition and take action accordingly. Your feelings are accurate and valid. You're guided to make important and happy life changes. You're receiving true divine guidance through your feelings and intuition.

Curtain Call..

I am calling this post the curtain call because I finally finished Gabrielle's book! Now you may be wondering why I waited this long to finish the last chapter but I knew it was an important one and I wanted to make sure I was fully committed to this new life style. So after some much needed thinking - I decided to finish it the other night. And boy was I happy I waited.

This final chapter was nothing how I pictured it at all. And I mean this in a very good way. Gabrielle's comparison in the final chapter blew my mind. Who would think she would ever make a comparison to Anne Frank? Everyone may be wondering, what the heck is this girl talking about? Well you won't know unless you read the book. Sometimes its good to look at things in a different way than how they are played out. I guess Gabrielle was trying to show us that even in thr worst of times, there is always something good about it - even if you don't know.

Anne Frank believed in the light inside of her and everything good around her...I guess I can see how that is similar to your ~ing. With your ~ing you not only see good inside of you but in everything around you. When you see the good in you and you finally feel happy, then everything around you is good and happy. Kind of corny but think about it...it actually works! So, I HIGHLY recommend this book - so everyone should go out and buy it!! XO

"I am balanced"

Pilates on the beach :)

Every Tuesday and Thursday at work there is a pilates class in the gym. I started back up again after taking a two week hiatus from it with another co-worker. I love pilates and released that I should not miss out on this kick butt workout. I started feeling wobbly (spelling?) while using one of those workout balls. I started repeating to myself "I am balanced" which is one of Gabby's meditations. Holy cow, I don't think I have ever had a better workout than these two days. I honest to god was so balanced and so focused my abs are STILL killing me!
I started releasing that you can use that saying for soo many different parts of your life. But with pilates - it made the work out sooo intense! I am going to kick boxing today and hoping this can help too! I love feeling balanced. :) ENJOY & have a great weekend!!! :) XO
Cardio Kickboxing!! :)

One door closes - many more open

On Gabrielle's Twitter page, she made a statement that really struck me. She states that "Holding on to past resentment is a defense against the love that is present." This quote goes along with this month's theme of forgiving. It got me thinking about how I have forgave certain people in my past especially those certain ones from high school and I realized it has opened new doors to better people who have come into my life - more importantly my best friends who I have met in college. This is why this post is dedicated to them - for helping me realize that if you forgive people in your past more loving people or situations come into your life. You know, it is true that if you just let go of the past and let you life guide you somehow there are always better things to come.

And these are the beautiful ladies I am blessed to have in my life. I hope you enjoy this! XO

"Maybe our girlfriends are our soul mates & guys are just people to have fun with." -Sex and the City ♥

Big Girls Don't Cry

So today is the end of the "feel~ing" chapter and we move on to the "forgiv~ing" chapter on herfuture.com. I swear this book is like following my life perfectly on a day to day basis. The feel~ing chapter made me realize my feelings and really look inside of myself to figure out exactly what I want. This in turn made me realize that I am going to be happy a single 21 year old. But the next chapter in Gabrielle's book is "forgiv~ing" which could not come at a more perfect time. I think this month is really going to help me look even more inside of me and learn to forgive those who have hurt me in the past. "By reliving the past you are only hindering present love to enter your life" - I am pretty sure this is what Gabby said on her twitter this afternoon and this quote hit home for me.

So I have made a list of those who I need to forgive and release in order to allow love to find me again.
Here we go ... Ex-boyfriends, ex best friends from high school, LC, boys who played me, fake friends. This is just a short list but most of the stuff that has hurt me the most is guys and best friends. I mean it's nothing serious but for me it was serious. I lost friends, had my heart broken by plenty of guys, and was ditched by old friends. Nothing too fun - which has made me realize form reading this book that I need to fogive them & RELEASE them. AMEN TO THAT.

Oh - side note - if you are in NYC next week check out Gabrielle's "The F-Word" (forgive) Lecture!! Go to addmoreing.com for more information -- trust me you won't want to miss this!! ENJOY! XO

BEST DAY EVER

TO ME!!!

Today is a WONDERFUL, AMAZING, GREAT, FANTASTIC day!!! I have finally turned 21!! I know that many people are probably saying "this birthday is overrated" but shush! This is one day I have been looking forward to because I finally get to have all of my favorite people in the same place at once. Although I wish a few others were coming - it's all good!

Totally feeling my feelings today with all of this positive energy!

Karma is a B*TCH right? WRONG!

So this month's topic is on chapter one - focusing on feeling your feelings. This book club could not have come at a better time. More recently I have been really feeling my feelings in every aspect of my life. One day I am beyond happy because things are going great and then who knows a few days later, the smallest thing can totally set my feelings off. It may be something as a friend being upset with me, a boy (this is usually a problem for my feelings), work, my family, basically anything. I love how Gabrielle tells us to really feel our feelings and figure out where they are coming from. I did this yesterday while I was at work and was frantically freaking out for no reason - little did I know i knew exactly why I was freaking out. I have come to realize that it is usually boys and finding love that realllllllly affect my feelings. I hate this because these situations make me upset and this means I am blocking love from actually finding me.

This whole thing came about when one of my best friends and I were talking about our love lives and eveyrthing that had been going on since we haven't seen each other in a while. We both realized we had similar stories - boys who liked us, treated us like girlfriends but wouldn't do anything about it and make up excuses for not wanting to be anything more. I soon realized that this is not what I want to be part of - this boy was blocking love from actually finding me. I thought I had found it because he was pretty close to everything I imagined - sadly it was not the right time to have a legit girlfriend. My friend starting saying how this was going to bite her guy in the butt - basically saying karma is a sweet b*tch. But I stopped her from saying that and realized Karma really isn't a b*tch. Think about it... Gabrielle teaches us that the Universe has something planned for us. By not being in a relationship with this guy; it just means that something better is coming my way. I started telling her about how the Universe always has a plan for us as long as we act upon it and think of the Universe as a best friend.

So this totally got my creative juices flowing and I realized that people who constantly say Karma is a b*tch, trust me I was one of those until a few short weeks ago, that yeah karma exists but it necessarily isn't a b*tch. It honestly just means that something better is coming your way. Just think positively and know that the Universe is helping you - not trying to hurt you like most people think (karma.)

Just remember the Universe has a plan for you. So stop calling Karma a B*TCH - Remember Gabrielle told us it is not good to gossip ;) ENJOY!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BEAUTIFUL SISTER!

Today is a GREAT day. For some reason I am really starting to believe that these meditattions are actually working. Surprising huh? I did a few of them in the office yesterday because I was so unfocused and today I couldn't be in a better mood. But I think I know the reason why. This month Gabrielle is focusing on feel~ing which is the first chapter of her book. This is when we truly feel everything we are suppose to feel.

With that .. today I am feeling alive, vibrant, amazing, and happy. I think it is because it is my younger sister's 19th birthday and this only means one thing .... MY 21st BIRTHDAY IS TOMORROW! I can't wait to spend time with her tonight and all fo her friends and then with all of my friends tomorrow. It's times like these when people can either be really happy or upset with their birthday. For me - I could care less the amount of people who attend my party or where I go as long as I'm in the company of people who can make me laugh and feel happy.

But regardless this post is all about my sister today! Happy Birthday to my beautiful, amazing, and talented sister/best friend! I love you to the moon and back!

Do you worry whether or not a magnet will attract iron?

I didn't think soo...
This question was posted in Gabrielle's book as part of the chapter on focusing. I decided to revisit this chapter while at work today - my focus has been anywhere and everywhere except for my actual work. I was totally loving life and feeling the Universe on my side yesterday and all of sudden my focus was sooo thrown off.

After re-reading the chapter I realized that I was blocking my ~ing with stupid little worries that I honestly probably should not worry about. Little things like can I actually do this new internship, planning my 21st birthday (which is this friday!!), whether or not someone I like will call me to hang out again. Of course the stuff that I am worrying about does not involve work but it is somehow taking up my whole work day. No fun.

So I was in the need to get myself out of this mood and starting focusing. I downloaded ITune for my computer and listened to Gabrielle's focusing meditation three times to actually make sure I was listening, feeling and focusing on everything. honestly - best idea I have had a work today. I am hoping that by doing this my energy will change as well as my focus to the universe. The universe helps you achieve what you want if you positively focus on exactly what you desire. I have a few desires myself - but that will be saved for a later post.

Chapter 8 Overview

First off, HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!! Today is a wonderful day and I hope everyone is out celebrating our independence. On to chapter 8 - as I mentioned before this past week while I was away was pretty much a 180 degree turn to how things were going before. I am starting to believe and know that my ~ing is really trying to show me that the Universe has something in store for me.

Chapter 8: Quantum Shifting - Life's Phone Booth Moments
This chapter is very powerful. It basically explains to you that if you follow your ~ing that you will experience these quantum shifts from within you. These are very powerful and awakening to the soul. This little moments, well maybe major to some, allow you to see how the Universe is working with you and your ~ing. These quantum moments help you to become the person you want to be.

One of my quantum shifts happened while I was on vacation with my family. I found out that after starting this blog and becoming a member of Gabrielle's website that I could apply to an internship for the website. Now my negative thinking got the best of me at first when I applied because I kept thinking that there had to have been hundreds of girls and women applying for this internship. So I sent my resume and the website to this lovely blog. After about a week or so, I heard nothing. Then out of no where I get an email saying that they wanted to contact me for the internship position. I was THRILLED - well correction BEYOND thrilled.

I recieved a call today with them saying that I was one of the few girls picked to be a "virtual intern" for Gabrielle and the book. This basically means that I will be facebooking, tweeting, blogging and creating discussions to get people interested in Gabrielle's book and to help spread the word of ~ing. I do not think I have ever been more excited about an oppurtunity than this. Today is going to be a good day after this call - it is the Universe telling me there is something in store for me - and I can not wait to see what it is!! Enjoy! XO

Chapter 7 Overview

So I apologize for leaving my blog so empty for a little while, I was on vacation with my wonderful family and we are currently on our way home from the lovely new york city. Anywho - this past week on my vacation so many amazing things happened and I can not wait to share them with you!! But I must explain more about what I am reading in Gabrielle's book.

Chapter 7: Stretching - Beyong the Ego's Backlash
So this chapter is very near and dear to my heart because of the past two weeks. Gabrielle explains that in this chapter that if your truly start to find and follow your ~ing that it is going to scare your ego. Your ego is basically the one telling you all the negative thoughts you have been having and by following your ~ing, your ego gets scared and starts to bascially retaliate on you. This is can happen with anything whether it be a simple habit or thought, your ego is there to drag you back to how you were before. And trust me from experience, this has already happened to me a few times. It stinks - plain and simple.

One day you think your doing so good and WHAM - your ego hits you right in the face and you are back to how you were before. I know this is not where I want to be when my ego tries to take over. Gabrielle gives you a few "tips" as to how to keep your ego out of the light and let your ~ing shine.

What Gabrielle tells you to do is: STRETCH. Now, you may think this is simple but it actually works! I do yoga or pilates whenever I feel my ego creeping back into my life. I believe that Gabrielle means this figuratively and physically because you physically need to stretch in order to get your mind away from going back to your ego. (Gabrielle uses a physical activity with almost every chapter in order to help you truly find your ~ing.) And she figuratively means it by saying that we need S-T-R-E-T-C-H beyond the ego; get as far away from it as possible. In a way I think of slinky dog from Toy Story (only because I saw it the other weekend) but he stretches in order to make himself longer - but this is what we need to do in order to not listen to our ego and find our ~ing.

When my ego creeps back up on me: relationships, being made fun of and looking good. These may be simple but they really bug me the most if my ego tries to creep back in any of these areas. Enjoy! XO

Your Inner Rockstar

For those who are members of herfuture.com, you may have seen Gabrielle's latest posting on "Your Inner Rock star." This blog post got me thinking of my inner rock star and actually who my inner rock star would like to portray. And no I am not talking about you acting like a rock star, but your inner guidance having this amazing pull force that attracts people to you.

Gabrielle states that every single one of us has this inner rock star we just need to let it show. Think of it this way, as Gabrielle puts it, have you ever been attracted to someone or drawn in by someone. And no, Gabrielle is not talking about good looks, but more of a person's energy. I think there are many people out there who have this inner rock star that we want. Honestly - I think we can all achieve this inner rock star!

As I mentioned before - my inner rock star will be coming out sooner or later because this is how I want to be. But it got me thinking to how my inner rock star would want to be perceived as. So I decided to think of two real life rock star’s who I would love to be like - and no not because rock star is in their job title.

They would be: Beyonce and Celine Dion. Both of these women are strong, empowering, brilliant, loving, caring, successful, charming, empathetic and they give off this insane positive energy. And if you have ever realized this - you may be drawn towards them too. it is like their inner rock star gives off this energy that just makes you feel good about anything and everything.
I know firsthand from seeing Celine Dion in concert two summers ago. But if you have not seen her latest concert movie - you must. This women is filled with all this positive energy that my bad mood that day was immediately gone once she took the stage.

These two women truly have an inner rock star - and they show us we can all achieve our own inner rock star; we just have to take time and focus on it. But as Gabrielle states – keep it in the day, no future tripping about anything. This si how we stay focused on finding and grasping our inner rock star. Your inner rock star will shine through just as these two incredibly talented women have shown the world. Enjoy! XO

Summer is FINALLY here!!!

So now that summer has officially started - it is a great time to be happy! Not only is it summertime but one of my favorite things about the summer are BBQ's. This past weekend I was in Rhode Island visiting one of my best friends for her graduation party. However, unlike every other grad party that you have been to this one was a little bit different - it was catered with the most amazing food including grilled pizza as appetizers! I have never seen anything like this but apparently that is how they do it in Rhode Island.

But not only was the food amazing, the decorations were incredible. Flowers are another favorite of mine for the summer. My friends mom had someone design the arrangements of the flowers - and I even got to help! The bottom right picture is the flower arrangement that I helped make for the center pieces. This is just one of the things that make me happy - great times with great friends and of course meeting new people. This relates to Gabrielle's book because I was the outgoing person I have always been. You have to be in a great mood in order for people to want to be around you and get to know you. As Gabrielle states, if your down in the dumps then no one is going to want to be around you. With summer here and the feeling of sun on your face - why wouldn't you want to be in a great mood? Enjoy!

Daily Pick Me Up!

Now this song is my favorite songs now - my sister got me hooked on this singer after she appeared in the Broadway version of Legally Blonde. Does anyone know who it is?! LAURA BELL BUNDY! I love this girl - she is fabulous, plain and simple.

Here new song "Giddy On Up" puts me into the greatest mood - even though its about a boy cheating on her. Regardless, the video is so cute and she is just fabulous. Hope you enjoy!!

I am off to Rhode Island this weekend to visit one of my best friends - I will have plenty of updates when I return. Enjoy this glorious weekend everyone!! :)

Runn~ing

So yesterday while I was at work, my officemate handed me a big white envelope she had just picked up from the mail guy. I was kind of surprised when it had my name on it because I know I did not order anything. So I decided to open the envelope like many people would do - and to my surprise it was a silver medal!! The other week I had participated in a 5K race at work called "Walk/Run For Fun." This was put on by our health services and another department. Ofcourse the race was held on one fo the hottest days of the week but about 50ish or so people showed up for this! You could either walk one mile around our site, run a mile or the 5K. I decided to run the 5K portion with a few other interns. I am really not one to compete with racing but this was an intense race! And never did I expect to be given a medal as well! So that totally made my day by getting this - especially since it was unexpected.

So basically what I am trying to say is that it's the little things that mean the most. This medal was so unexpected that it totally made my day 100 times better. Plus it is the fact I was even recognized for this. Now my name is on the wall in the gym downstairs for coming in second place in this race. How cool is that?!

Daily Affirmation - YouTub~ing

If anyone has not seen this video - I think Gabrielle would love this little girl! I showed my mom this video and she said this is how I act every morning. I am not sure if it's totally true, but I wish I could be like this everyone morning. I envy this girl!

"Jessica's Daily Affirmation"

If anything - I think everyone should do this at least every morning. I think I am going to try! XO

Overview~ing #2

Here's more!

Chapter 4: Mirroring - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
Let me ask you a question - is there someone in your life that really gets underneath your skin? This chapter helps you to understand that the reason why these people are pushing your buttons or getting under your skin is because they are mirroring something inside of YOU. As the book states, this may sound very crazy to some people but after reading this chapter I started to agree with what Gabrielle was saying! A better way to understand this is that if you are happy and have a positive outlook on life - then the Universe will reflect this back on you like a mirror. But in order to understand it with those people who get under your skin - take a look at how they are acting and see if you are acting the same way towards them. A mirror never lies you know...

Chapter 5: Releasing - Romantic Illusions
This is the chapter I learned a great deal from. This chapter explains that you should NOT glorify your significant other as the only source of happiness in your life. This is something I have done in the past - hence why I learned a lot from Gabrielle. But instead of looking at your significant other as the best thing in the entire world and your only source of happiness (though you may feel that way sometimes), there are other relationships you should concentrate on. The book calls these types of relationships "holy relationships." These means that you look at special relationships of all kinds in your life as a whole and not one part. you should look in other places for happiness instead of one single person. Get moving and find some ~ing activites that make you happy!

Chapter 6: Climbing - ~ing You Way to Higher Thoughts
This chapter is explains that you should stop waking up with all of these negatives thoughts in your head. If you wake up with these negative thoughts, then your whole day is going to be filled with all of these negative thoughts. I'm sorry but who wants to go a whole day thinking about negative things? I know it happens to everyone, every once and a while but sometimes it just has to stop! Gabrielle explains that you should take atleast 5-10 minutes each day once you wake up to write down positive thoughts that will help carry you through the day. Another way to think about this put a rubber band around your wrist - the next time you think of any negative thoughts snap the rubber band to help you get out of that negative thought process.

This is all I have read so far - so more overview~ing will be headed your way!
XO

Overview~ing!

I know I have been slacking but I wanted to give everyone an overview of this fabulous book! I have only gotten half way through it, so I know I have a lot more to learn - but so far I am liking what I see. So here we go! :)

Chapter 1: Feeling - Surrender Then Release
This chapter is about letting go of all of your negative feelings you have been basically hiding all these years. Gabrielle explains that you need to let go of these in order to be happy again. These are the types of feelings you have been avoiding for numbers of years and have affected how you have been feeling as well. By applying this feel~ing equation to your life, your thought patterns will begin to change from the bad to the good.

Chapter 2: Forgiving - Set Yourself Free
This is my favorite chapter and you will see why. This chapter helps you to realize that the people who you are blaming for you unhappiness are not really the problem - it is yourself. You are only remembering the bad situations that may have happened in the past with these specific people. Gabrielle explains that you need to forgive these people then release them in order to bring happiness back into your life. So forgive those people - it may take some time but it will help you.

Chapter 3: Balancing - Bringing Serenity Back
This chapter involves a trampoline - I kid you not. I need to go buy myself one soon! But this chapter is about hitting your rock bottom and actually being happy about it. Gabrielle explains that once you hit rock bottom there is no place to go but up! Gabrielle explains that you need to balance out your left and right side brain since you use each side for different purposes. By balancing everything - you let go of any addictive behaviors you may have (this can include a number of things.)

Chapters 4-6 will be in my next post! :)
Hope you enjoy and understand this - but trust me it helps to have the book with you, so go out and buy it!! XO

Fly~ing

Now I am not 100 percent sure if this counts as an ~ing activity to make you feel better BUT...it did help me get over my fear of kind of flying. I love airports but part of me is slightly scared of flying. Flying in this Cessina plane, at the Lawrence Municipal Airport the other weekend made everything so much better. This 4 passenger plane is available, along with others for a scenic flight that either lasts 30 minutes or an hour. I chose the 30 minute flight because it was the least expensive. Plus it was right amount of time for me to spending in the air in a tiny, tiny plane. Our pilot was hilarious and made me feel so comfortable as we flew over my hometown. And let me tell you - everything looks so different when you thousands of feet in the air. It made me appreciate where I lived, seeing the beauty as we flew close to sunset. I say give it a try if you can! It is one thing you will not regret - beauty if everywhere, never forget that! :)

Garden~ing

Gabrielle states that "true happiness comes from within." With this we are able to feel happy and feel better about ourselves. This is what the first chapter is about in "Add More ~ing To your Life." In order to feel happy we have to basically feel our feelings - especially those we do not want to feel.
Well with this, I tried something new that allowed me to feel my feelings basically. It was a hot, sunny day and my mom needed help with some of the gardening around our house. Normally I would pass and do something else, but this day I was feeling more inspired to try to something totally new. I know, as weird as it sounds I have never really gardened before. But that day was my first ... and let me tell you I have never been more happy to get my hands dirty. It was one of the best feelings I have had in a while. I was planting my own garden in the backyard - and to me it was like a new life was forming. Weird but true. This activity made me think about certain things in my life - mainly positive happy ones - and I realized that activities like these are ones that you should try to do every day. After gardening, the rest of my day just seemed better and brighter - I gave in to those feelings and let new ones out as I was working on the garden.

The pictures above are the garden I planted the other day :) XO

About: Add more ~ing To Your Life

Hey Everyone! So this book by Gabrielle Berstein, "Add More ~ing To Your Life" CHANGED the way I am living my life now. I am going to share with you what the book basically is about and how Gabreille changes your negative way of thinking into a more positive outlook on life through ~ing activites and meditations.

When I first started reading this book, I had no idea what was in store for me. But Gabreille explains in the very beginning that she has created a process known as the "~Ing Equation" to help you truly change your life. This "~Ing Equation" consists of Rethink~ing + Mov~ing + Receiv~ing x 30 Days = Chang~ing. This equiation is basically your way of life for about 30 days or so. I say 30 days or so because everyone's lifestlye is different and sometimes people need more time. But this equation will help you as Gabrielle describes it "bulldoze all of your negative thoughts." One of the main reasons you are going to succeed with this equation si because Gabrielle explains how you need to repeat & apply this equation to almost everything in your life.

A note for you. Like me, I was very confused at first as to what Gabrielle meant when she said "~ing." But once Gabrielle explained it in the book, everythign starting making sense. "~Ing" simply is a shortened term for your inner guidance. It is that voice inside your head that helps you realize the good/great over those negative thoughts that have been constantly bugging you. It is like your inner voice that is just waiting to be heard. It silences any negatives thoughts or self doubts and tells you to start living and loving life; but more importantly how to be happy while doing it.

So get ready to start living, loving and being happy again! I am taking you on what I am calling my "~ing" journey, as I show you all the things I love to do and what makes me happy. But also, certain things in life that I have been dying to do that  my negative thoughts have kept me from doing; they may not be extravagent or wild and crazy but they make me happy. And to me that is all that matters! :)

Hope you are just as excited as I am. Oh and be sure to pick up Gabrielle's book as well because I can't explain everything from the book. You need to read it for yourself - trust me it will change your life! :)
